Paysio operates this platform and is committed to protecting your privacy. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information Collection and Use
We collect several different types of information for the sole purpose of providing and improving our Service to you. The core function of our platform is to transmit payment information on your behalf to the payment processors you select. This may include personally identifiable information such as email address, name, phone number, address, business information, and payment information such as credit card or bank account details.
2. Use of Data
Paysio uses the collected data for one specific purpose: to facilitate the transmission of your payment form information to the third-party payment processors and providers that you select and authorize through the Service's dashboard. We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise use your personal or transactional data for any other purpose. You, the user, are in complete control of where and when your data is sent.
3. Data Transmission to Payment Processors
Our Service is a conduit for your data. When you choose to send information to a specific payment processor through our dashboard, you are directly authorizing us to transmit that information to the selected third-party service. Your relationship with any third-party payment processor is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service. We are not responsible for the data practices of these third-party services.
4. Data Storage and Security
The security of your data is important to us. We use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data during transmission. We do not store your sensitive payment information, such as full credit card numbers or bank account details, on our servers. This information is passed directly to the payment processor you select. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, such as hosting providers. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
6. Data From Connected Platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, X and Others)
Some Paysio apps let you connect accounts you hold on other platforms, such as a YouTube channel through Google, a Facebook Page or Instagram account through Meta, a TikTok account, or an X account, so that Paysio can publish content you compose and show you how that content performed. When you connect such an account, the platform issues Paysio an access token. We store that token encrypted, together with the account's public identifiers (its id, display name, handle and avatar), and we use it only to do what you asked in the app: publish the posts you compose to that account, and read the engagement figures (views, likes, comments and shares) of the posts Paysio itself published. We do not read your private messages, your other content, your contacts or your subscribers, and we request only the narrowest permissions needed for those features.
7. Sharing of Connected-Platform Data
We do not sell, rent or trade data obtained from connected platforms, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. It is transmitted only to the platform it came from (for example, a video and its title are sent to YouTube when you publish), and it is processed by the infrastructure providers that host our Service (cloud hosting, object storage and email delivery), who act on our instructions and are bound not to use it otherwise. Aggregated engagement figures are shown to you, the account owner, inside your own dashboard and to no one else. We do not use data obtained from Google APIs, or from any other connected platform, to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Paysio's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Retention and Deletion of Connected-Platform Data
Access tokens and account identifiers for a connected platform are kept only while the account stays connected. You can disconnect an account at any time from the Channels page of the app that holds it, or by uninstalling the app from your workspace; either action deletes the stored token immediately and stops all further access. Engagement figures already collected for posts you published are kept for up to 90 days after the account is disconnected so that your results history remains readable, and are then deleted. Revoking Paysio's access from the platform's own settings (for example, Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions) has the same effect on our side within 24 hours of the platform informing us or of our next attempt to use the token. You can also request deletion of all data we hold from a connected platform by emailing [email protected] from the email address on your Paysio account; we complete such requests within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
